3. Master-slave control
    If two or more identical fixtures are connected using DMX three-core signal cables, all fixtures should be modified to any address code 001~512, set any one as the master and the others as the slave, and all slave displays should not flicker; When adjusting gradient, pulse, jump, voice-controlled, and auto-driven effects with the main unit, all slave effects synchronize with gradient, pulse, jump, voice-controlled, and auto-driven effects.
Special attention: 1. Only one main unit can be installed per group of lighting fixtures. If there are multiple main units, all the fixtures will flicker randomly and not synchronize.
All fixtures must be used only when the DMX512 console is turned off for the master-slave units to function.
4. DMX512 control
4.1  Address Code
Set all lamp address codes correctly. Connect all fixtures in parallel with DMX three-core signal cables to the DMX512 console. When the address codes stop flashing, it means the DMX512 console signal has been sent to the fixtures. Follow the channel instructions to control related functions with the DMX512 console.

Common faults
Corresponding solutions have been proposed for some common faults. Any unsolvable problem should be handled by professionals. Before maintaining the lighting fixtures, please disconnect the power first.
The lamp beads did not light up
Check whether the voltage matching the fixture is installed;
Check whether the connection to the lamp's power supply or the control switch is not properly connected;
Check if the power supply is insufficient;
Check whether the DMX512 controller has sent the command.
2. After the lamp resets normally, it is not subject to control by the console
Check whether the lamp's digital start address values and function options are correct;
Check whether the communication control line connections are correct, whether the communication line is too long or has been interrupted;
Check whether the control equipment has failed, and whether the signal amplifier connected in series is failing;
Check whether communication lines are too long or if other devices are interfering with each other;
Optimized cabling by shortening control signal line lengths and separating high-voltage and low-voltage lines;
Add signal amplifiers;
The signal cable uses high-quality shielded twisted pair cables;
Connect a signal terminal resistor (120 ohms) at the end of the fixture.
3. The lamp cannot be started
Check whether the power supply parameters match the fixtures;
Check that during long-distance transportation, the fixture may have poor contact or fall off due to compression deformation, internal parts vibration, moisture, and other issues.
Please check whether the internal wires and connectors of the fixture are loose or detached.
Check whether the electronic components of the lighting fixture (such as electronic transformers, PCB boards, motor control boards, etc.) are loose, short-circuited, or burnt.
